About Ventures
There are multiple programs within the Scouts of Belize organization. Each program is designed to appeal to a different age group and/or activity program.
Ventures is for boys and girls ages 16 to 21. This programs builds on high adventure, community service, leadership training, and personal growth.
Venture Promise
The Venture program is fairly similar to the Scouting program. So some things are shared. Like the promise. The Venture Promise is a reminder to keep the principles behind the organization. It is a commitment made by all members who join the movement. That's why it is important for every Venture to understand the words and meaning behind the promise.

Venture Law
The Law is another thing Ventures share with Scouts. In order to promise to follow the Venture Law, you need to know what it entails. The Venture Law holds the key values every Venture thrives to live by. It is in just about everything we do. The projects we take on. The way we serve our community. And especially in the way we lead.

Badges are earned when a Venture completes requirements towards a certain skill. Currently there is only one badge available for Ventures to earn.
The Venture Award is the main achievement every Venture thrives for. There are EIGHT requirements towards the Venture Award. Each requirement involves a project in topics like outdoor and adventure, community involvement, and physical activities.
