About Cubs
There are multiple programs within the Scouts of Belize organization. Each program is designed to appeal to a different age group and/or activity program.
Cubs is for boys and girls ages 7 to 10.
Cub Promise
The Cub Promise is a reminder to follow the ways of a Cub. Every Cub makes this promise when they join. That's why it is important to understand the words and meaning behind the promise.

Cub Law
Every Cub tries their best to live by the Cub Scout Law. The Cub Scout Law teaches us how a Cub should act, not only in the group, but also in every day life!
A CUB SCOUT LISTENS TO AND RESPECTS OTHERS
A CUB SCOUT TELLS THE TRUTH AND IS CHEERFUL AND FRIENDLY
A CUB SCOUT SHARES WITH HIS OR HER FAMILY
A CUB SCOUT HELPS OTHERS

A CUB SCOUT IS KEEN TO LEARN
Badges are cool things collected by Cubs after they complete different activities. Each badge has it's own list of activities to complete. Working on badges helps you learn new skills or test your ability. Like the Cooking Badge teaches you how to cook. And the Athlete badge test how good you are at jumping and running.
Once a Cub has earned their badge, they can sew it onto their uniform or vest and show it off at any event they get to wear their Class A uniforms.
