BBQ Drumsticks, Tom Yum Soup, Fire Grilled Shrimp, & Bún Thịt Nướng

In this video, Phyilly Cheese Yo is taking you on an adventure to Yosemite National Park. Here's the idea behind what he cooks and eats at camp. The meal are easy to make, but does require some preparation from home so you can spend the rest of your time enjoying the nature.


Some of these ingredients may be hard to find. Check on Google for substitutes. Or better yet, come up with your own!


YOU NEED:

BBQ Drumstick:

3 pounds of chicken drumstick

1/2 cup - 1 cup sriracha (depending on how much spice you like)

1 cup BBQ sauce

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

3 cloves of minced garlic


Tom Yum Soup:

1 cup fried tofu

1 cup enoki mushroom

1 cup baby portobello mushroom

1 cup firm tomato

4 1/2 tablespoon tom yum soup base

1/2 pound shrimp 1 bunch thai basil


Fire Grilled Shrimp:

1 pound shrimp (skewer and freeze at home)

5 thai peppers

5 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon chilli powder

1 tablespoon red chilli flakes

1 tablespoon sriracha

2 tablespoon oil

2 teaspoon chicken stock

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Bún Thịt Nướng (Vermicelli Noodle with Grilled Pork and Shrimp Eggroll):

1 vermicelli noodle

2 pounds skewered thinly sliced pork shoulder (marinated with 1 lemongrass stock, garlic, 1 thai chilli, 1 teaspoon lime juice, 3 tablespoon soy sauce, 3 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoon honey, and 2 tablespoon oil)

egg rolls

1 sliced cucumber

1 lettuce

1 bunch of mint

1 bunch of basil pickled carrots and daikon

roasted peanuts

fried shallots
