Fun for kids of all ages, Camp Wonderopolis offers fun, free STEAM—science, technology, engineering, arts, and math—programs. How does a hot air balloon fly? Why does slime feel so gooey? How does a crane work? These are just a few of the things you can explore at Wonderopolis.org!
Why not use your time at home to learn a new language? You can use it towards your interpreter badge. Or challenge yourself to brainteasers. Or even practice creative writing. Did you know you can write short stories for your hobby badge? Varsity Tutors is the perfect site to continue your learning at home. There's multiple of science experiments to explore. Be sure to check out the course on swimming with the sharks! Each "camp" is usually a week long. So sign up before it's too late.
Camp@Home is a progarm launched by UNICEF earlier this summer. You can find videos on sports, crafts, and cooking. This is an amazing way to spend your free time. Plus some the activities qualify as requirements towards some of your badges. How cool!

With education in mind, Microsoft is offering free virtual summer camps that'll offer you a range of learning experiences depending on your interest. This Passport to Digital Fun gives you the opportunity to take workshops on everything from STEAM and video games to travel and coding. How it works is really cool. You sign up for a session (there's limited space so grab yours before it's gone), join in at the assigned time (put an alarm on your phone to remind you), and when you complete it you get a virtual stamp on your virtual passport! The free sessions are guaranteed to keep you engaged all summer long.
Camp PBS Kids is a resource mostly for Cub parents. This site offers up free age-by-age tips, crafts, games, and activities to get you through summer. There's reading charts, summer check lists, activity books, and more. You can search by your Cub's age and the area you'd like to work on to find the best options—and, yes, some of the activities will include characters like Daniel Tiger and Elmo.
Even though OUR Summer Book Club is coming to an end, it doesn't mean you have to stop reading. Check out Internet Archives for free books. Their system works like an online library. You "borrow" books for 14 days then return it. I believe you do have to create an account but it is free. They don't have much recent books but they still have a pretty wide selection, from kids books to teen fantasy there is plenty for you to explore. There's even periodicals and school articles you guys can use for homework. Check it out:
